2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment can be made by cash on delivery, card payment, or payment link where available. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received or the order is accepted by our team.
3. Delivery
We deliver chilled BBQ boxes across our active delivery zones in Egypt. Delivery dates and time windows are selected at checkout and confirmed by our team. We do our best to meet every window, but occasional delays due to traffic or weather may occur.
4. Food Safety & Storage
Our products are perishable and must be refrigerated at 0–4°C immediately upon delivery. Consume within 48 hours of delivery, or freeze on the day of delivery and use within one month. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery window. After that, preparation may have begun and refunds are at our discretion. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours with photos and we will replace it or issue a refund.
6. Allergens
Our products contain common allergens including gluten, milk, egg, mustard, and soy. Full allergen information is listed on each product page. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
7. Limitation of Liability
